Client Testimonials

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Albert, Purchased Home

Searching for and buying a home, is a very stressful process, especially in the current market. Aaron was so helpful and attentive, he made home searching fun. He worked around my schedule for viewings. He welcomed my family when they also wanted to be a part of the process. He has experience in fixing his own home, so he was able to give me some ideas of costs and things like that. He understood the market, he understood the competitiveness, he acknowledged when I was hesitant and a little overwhelmed. He kept in constant communication with me and asked for status updates from other agents often. Overall very professional, very helpful, would recommend, made a very hard process a little less hard.

BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Heather, Purchased Home

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Aaron! Being a first-time home buyer, searching for a house was a roller coaster, but Aaron was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, reliable through the entire process, experienced and professional. Top-notch, communicative and easy to reach to always answer any questions. Anytime there was a house I wanted to see Aaron move fast to make an appointment as houses were flying off the market.

Once we found our first home the process was a smooth experience. It could not have been done without Aaron and Broker, Irma! :) They explained the process every step of the way. Great people to have on my side during the home buying process. Surpassed my expectations, worked with my budget, and gave great advice. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aaron and Irma. I know even after the closing of my house I could reach out to them with any questions.

I would highly recommend Aaron to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home, you truly won't regret it!!! :)

Frequently asked questions

The home buying and selling process can be challenging, but it doesn't need to be. We're here to answer any questions you might have during the process!

What will be the selling price of my home?

There will be multiple factors effecting the selling price of your home. This is why one of the first things that we do is create a Comparative Market Analysis for your home that give a good overview of your neighborhood's average selling price, along with what similar-sized houses are currently selling for. The market matters!

What is the first step in buying a home?

The first step in buying a home in El Paso is to get pre-approved for a mortgage. This will give you buying power and will also give you a realistic budget to work within. I have several trusted mortgage professionals that I work with and will make the pre-qualification process a breeze.

How long will it take to sell my home?

Once your house is on the market, it may take anywhere from four to six weeks to sell, but this heavily depends on the market. If the market is hot when you list your home, it may even get purchased within a week! Please contact me to get more insight on current market conditions.

Should I do a home inspection in El Paso, Texas?

If you're selling your home, getting a pre-sale home inspection would help you identify what flaws your home might have that you were previously unaware of. This can help you fix those problems and get top dollar for your home!

How should I prepare my home before selling it?

Most definitely! Consider a fresh paint job and making sure all the cooling and heating systems work properly, as well as the electrical and plumbing. You may even consider staging your home before we photograph it!
